PandaBuy Is Gone. Here's the Spreadsheet, the Agents That Replaced It, and How to Reuse Your Old Links

Does PandaBuy still work?

No, and nothing that calls itself PandaBuy today is the original service. The last update of the PandaBuy iPhone app is dated April 8, 2024, three days before the raid; reviews left after that describe an app that can't load products. PandaBuy's operator, Hangzhou Panda Technology Co., Ltd., never reopened ordering, and balances held in PandaBuy wallets were, by every account we could find, not paid back. CNBuyPilot's summary is blunt: wallet, crypto and bank-transfer recoveries came to roughly nothing, and the only refunds that worked were PayPal and card disputes filed in time.

That matters for two reasons. First, sites and Telegram channels using the PandaBuy name to collect "refund fees" or new deposits are not connected to it; we explain how to spot them on the PandaBuy status page. Second, the old app and website can't be used to look anything up, so the item IDs inside your saved links are now the only record of what you were going to buy.

Verdict: PandaBuy is closed for good. Treat anything asking you to log in or pay under its name as a scam, and move your list to an open agent.

What PandaBuy did well, and what a replacement has to match

PandaBuy became the default agent on Reddit and TikTok between 2022 and early 2024 for a few concrete reasons, and they make a useful checklist for choosing what comes next:

On paper, plenty of agents now match PandaBuy. Where they differ is in how they make their money back, since a zero service fee has to be recovered somewhere: usually in the exchange rate, the shipping price per kilo, or extra charges for packing and storage after the free period. The comparison that counts is the landed total for the same basket, and the shipping estimator lets you price a parcel the way PandaBuy used to quote it.

Verdict: Fees are no longer the difference between agents. Compare the full delivered cost and how long the company has been trading without trouble.

Which PandaBuy alternatives are open right now?

We track 30 agents, PandaBuy included. On October 4, 2026, 23 looked normal: the site loaded, accepted a pasted listing or showed a working catalogue, carried no closure notice, and recent reviews were still coming in. 3 were up but showing warning signs such as weeks-long delays or no feedback for months, and 4 were offline or closed. CNFans is the second big closure after PandaBuy, in August 2026, and it caught out a lot of people who had moved there in 2024.

Checked against each agent's website, rep.tools, KakoGuide, CNBuyPilot and Trustpilot. A status can change within days; load the site yourself before you add money.

Verdict: Choose a green agent, and pay per order, never keeping a balance. PandaBuy's users learned the hard way that a wallet balance is the first thing lost.

Three questions that narrow the list

Most former PandaBuy users want one of three things, and each points at a different agent:

1. "I want it to feel like PandaBuy." A large agent with English support, free photos and an app. KakoBuy, ranked first among open agents by rep.tools, is the usual answer; it sends parcels out of its warehouse unusually fast.
2. "I don't want to lose money again." Pick on track record. Superbuy was trading years before PandaBuy existed and publishes a fee table.
3. "I just need my old links to work." Any open agent will do once the links are converted; the PandaBuy link converter pulls out the marketplace ID.

Trustpilot read Sept 26 to Oct 4, 2026. 'Score hidden' means Trustpilot withdrew the rating after removing reviews.

Verdict: No single agent is 'the new PandaBuy'. Pick on track record first, fees second, and keep the original links so you can move again.

How do I use an old PandaBuy spreadsheet?

A PandaBuy spreadsheet row usually holds one of three link shapes. Two can be rescued; one can't:

The page.link domain belonged to Google's Firebase Dynamic Links service, which shut down for everyone on August 25, 2025 (Firebase FAQ).

For the first two, the item number is all you need: paste the list into the converter, copy the clean Weidian or Taobao links it returns, and paste each into an open agent's search box. If a sheet only has short links, look for the same row in another copy of the sheet, or search the item name plus the seller in the community sheets; many were mirrored with long links.

Expect some losses either way. Sellers delete and relist, so a perfectly converted 2023 link can land on an empty page. In our experience the older the sheet, the more dead rows it carries; the finds in the grid above were all checked against their photos at the last update.

Verdict: Convert first, then check each listing still exists before you pay for anything.

The old PandaBuy sheets that circulated on Reddit and Discord were mostly one long tab with every category mixed in, which is why people searched for "pandabuy shoes spreadsheet" and "pandabuy watches spreadsheet" instead. We split ours the same way and added the practical pages that disappeared with PandaBuy itself: QC photos, shipping quotes and a template that totals a haul.

Verdict: Shopping for one type of item? Open its sheet. Building a first order since PandaBuy? Start from the 20 tiles above and fill the box from the budget sheet.

Why a haul costs more to import than it did in PandaBuy's day

PandaBuy operated when most countries still let small parcels in tax-free. That is no longer true in the US, the EU or Australia, and the UK charges 20% VAT on parcels up to £135, collected at checkout on a tax-included line or by the carrier before delivery. The rules below apply whichever agent you use:

The EU rule is the one that changes how you pack. Each parcel under €150 now owes €3 for every item category inside it, so five items in three categories (tees, trainers, a bag) packed in one box owe €9 in duty, while the same five items sent as five separate parcels owe €15. Verdict: Ship one combined parcel per haul. It was cheaper on PandaBuy and it's cheaper now, but the gap has grown.

Where the finds in this PandaBuy spreadsheet come from

We took 600 listings from repbuysheet.com and cleaned them before anything went live. 13 were duplicates across batches. 53 went because the main photo showed a different listing from the one the link opened, the classic cause of a parcel that isn't what you ordered. 2 had prices too low to be real. That left 532; those with a clear name and category appear as tiles here and on the category sheets, and all of them are in the full catalog table with a CSV download.

Dollar prices come first and yuan second, as the catalog listed them on the check date. An agent will convert at its own rate and add the seller's delivery to its warehouse, so its total will be a little different. These are the seller's photos; the agent's warehouse photos are the ones to judge an item on.
