PandaBuy Spreadsheets on Reddit, Discord and TikTok: Where They Went and Which to Trust

Checked · the PandaBuy Alternatives desk

Short answer

Most PandaBuy spreadsheets were shared as Google Sheets links in Reddit posts, Discord servers, Telegram channels and TikTok bios. After the 2024 raid, three things happened to them: some were abandoned with dead PandaBuy links, some were converted to another agent (often CNFans, which has since closed too), and some were rebuilt around plain Weidian and Taobao links. Before using any shared sheet, check when it was last edited, what kind of links it holds, and whether the agent it's built around is still open. At our last check 23 agents were open.

8 finds checked at the last update

Unlike an old shared sheet, every tile here was checked against its listing photo at the last update. Each opens the Weidian listing on repbuysheet.com. We cap the grid at 8 finds so it loads quickly; behind it sit 10,000+ products.

Sponsored links. Photo, name and button all open one listing on repbuysheet.com, where the seller's full photo set, the size options and the source shop link live. Dollar and yuan prices are copied from that catalog on the check date and move with the exchange rate.

Where were PandaBuy spreadsheets shared?

Searches like 'pandabuy spreadsheet reddit', 'pandabuy discord' and 'pandabuy finds telegram' all point at the same habit: people found sheets through communities, not search engines. Each place had its own style:

Where PandaBuy sheets were shared
PlaceHow sheets spreadWhat it looks like now
RedditPosts and pinned threads linking Google SheetsMany links still open; the PandaBuy columns are dead
DiscordServers with a #finds channel and a pinned sheetServers renamed for new agents; old pins remain
TelegramChannels posting one find at a timeHard to search; often run by affiliates
TikTokLink in bio to a sheet or link pageCreators switched agents, some more than once

A general summary. Reddit itself can't be fetched with our research tools, so no subreddit statistics are quoted here.

A subreddit dedicated to PandaBuy existed, and archive services still list it. But a sheet's home matters less than its links. A sheet posted on a popular forum in 2023 can be less useful than an unknown one updated last month.

Verdict: Judge a sheet by its last edit and its links, not by where you found it.

What happened to the old sheets

An old PandaBuy sheet is usually in one of three states:

  1. Abandoned. Every link starts with pandabuy.com or pandabuy.page.link. The long ones can be rescued with the link converter; the short ones can't, because page.link stopped working on August 25, 2025.
  2. Converted once. The sheet's owner swapped PandaBuy for another agent in 2024. If that agent was CNFans or AllChinaBuy, you're converting a second time; the converter reads CNFans links too.
  3. Rebuilt. The links are plain Weidian, Taobao or 1688 addresses, sometimes with a column of agent links beside them. These are the ones to look for, because they don't depend on any agent staying open.

Whatever the agent, older rows are more likely to land on deleted or relisted items, because sellers refresh listings constantly. That's why the finds in our own sheets are re-checked at each update, and why the catalog table carries the Weidian item ID in its own column.

Verdict: Look for sheets that store marketplace links. Agent-only sheets break each time an agent closes.

Five checks before trusting a shared sheet

Five checks take about two minutes and save a lot of wasted orders:

  1. Last edit date. In Google Sheets, File → Version history, or look for a date in the header. Anything not touched since early 2024 was made for PandaBuy and needs converting.
  2. Link type. Open three random rows. Plain marketplace links or agent links with id= or url= are fine; short codes are a problem.
  3. Affiliate codes. Links containing invite, ref or affcode parameters earn the sheet owner a commission. That's common and not a scam, but it explains why a sheet pushes one agent.
  4. Price sanity. If a row's price is far below what similar items cost, the listing may have changed or been replaced.
  5. Agent status. If the sheet is built for one agent, check it on the status board before adding money there.

And one hard rule: never enter a login or payment details into anything a sheet links to other than the agent's own site, typed in yourself. Lookalike agent sites and refund scams spread through the same channels as sheets; see how to spot a PandaBuy clone.

Verdict: A good shared sheet is recent, stores real marketplace links, and doesn't send you anywhere you didn't type yourself.

Shared-sheet questions

Where can I find PandaBuy spreadsheets on Reddit?

Old posts and pinned threads in finds communities still link to many Google Sheets, and archive services still list the former PandaBuy subreddit. Most of those sheets were built in 2023 or early 2024, so their PandaBuy columns are dead and need converting. Where a sheet lives matters less than its last edit and its link type. Pick a recently edited sheet over a famous old one.

Is there a PandaBuy Discord?

Not an official one any more; PandaBuy's community spaces ended with the company in 2024. Many finds servers that ran on PandaBuy sheets were renamed for new agents, and their old pinned sheets often remain. Some moved to CNFans, which has since closed as well. If you join a server, find out which agent its sheet is built for before you put money anywhere.

Do PandaBuy spreadsheets from Reddit still work?

The PandaBuy pages themselves don't, but the links usually hold the item inside. Long links containing url= or id= convert to working Weidian or Taobao addresses with the link converter. Short pandabuy.page.link codes stopped resolving on August 25, 2025 and can't be rescued. Some converted rows will land on deleted listings, so convert the whole column and spot-check a few before ordering.

Why do shared sheets push one agent?

Usually because the links carry the owner's affiliate code, visible as an invite, ref or affcode parameter, which pays them a commission on your order. That's common and not a scam in itself, and it's one of the five checks on this page. It does mean the agent was chosen for the owner's benefit. Look the agent up on the status board before you place an order there.

How can I tell if a sheet is up to date?

In Google Sheets open File, then Version history, or look for a date in the header. Anything untouched since early 2024 was made for PandaBuy and needs converting. Then open three random rows: plain marketplace links are good, short codes are trouble, and prices far below similar items hint at a changed listing. Run those quick checks before trusting any shared sheet.

Are TikTok spreadsheet links safe?

A sheet is just a document, so opening one is fine. The risk is in what it links to: lookalike agent sites and refund scams spread through the same TikTok bios and link pages, and many creators have switched agents more than once. At our last check 23 agents were open. Never log in or pay through a sheet's link; type the agent's address yourself.

The PandaBuy history leans on court records, police-side reporting and Wikipedia; agent fees, storage and review counts come from each agent's own pages or the named trackers. Where sources disagree we print both. A finds tile was only published if its main photo and its link showed the same item.
