WeGoBuy is offline, and unlike PandaBuy it never said a word. KakoGuide traced its last working homepage to December 7, 2024; the site went dark between mid-December 2024 and late January 2025, and at our check wegobuy.com no longer resolved to a public server. No closure notice was ever posted. It launched in 2019, the same year PandaBuy was founded, and was widely assumed to be connected to Superbuy, which Superbuy's chief executive denied. WeGoBuy sheets are some of the oldest still shared; rows that survive convert to original Taobao or Weidian links that any of the 23 open agents can buy.

How WeGoBuy disappeared, compared with PandaBuy

Three agents that many people used in 2023 ended in three different ways within about two years:

WeGoBuy's way is in some ways the hardest on customers: no event to point to and no statement, just a site that stopped loading. KakoGuide's reconstruction from archived snapshots is the most precise timeline available. If you had money there, there is no official channel left; card or PayPal disputes are the only route, and for payments that old, their time limits have long passed.

Verdict: WeGoBuy is gone. The only thing left to recover is the list of items in your sheet.

Rescuing rows from a WeGoBuy sheet

WeGoBuy links in old sheets usually follow the same pattern as Superbuy's: the original Taobao or Weidian address, percent-encoded after url=. That makes them convertible:

  1. Paste the column into the link converter, which decodes url= values.
  2. Expect more dead rows than with newer sheets: WeGoBuy sheets date from 2019–2024, and sellers relist often.
  3. For dead rows, search the shop name or product name on the marketplace, or pick a replacement from our clothes and shoes sheets.

Verdict: Convert first, then expect to replace a share of rows. Old sheets age faster than agents.

WeGoBuy and Superbuy: the rumoured link

JadeShip introduced WeGoBuy in 2019 as an alternative to Superbuy, and the two looked so alike that many buyers assumed a shared owner. When World Trademark Review asked, Superbuy's chief executive rejected the idea. Whatever the truth, the outcomes diverged: WeGoBuy disappeared and Superbuy kept trading, with its fee table still published.

If you liked WeGoBuy's interface, Superbuy is the natural place to look. If what you want is the cheapest route for a WeGoBuy or PandaBuy sheet full of Weidian rows, note that Superbuy charges 10% on Weidian items (¥10–¥20 each), while several other open agents charge nothing on them.

Verdict: Similar look, different fate. Superbuy is open; WeGoBuy isn't.

The warning signs of a quiet shutdown

WeGoBuy adds one lesson that PandaBuy's raid didn't teach: an agent can disappear with no event at all. The warning signs for a quiet ending are subtle:

  • support replies slowing over weeks;
  • new reviews thinning out;
  • features or platforms quietly removed;
  • community sheets switching to other agents.

None of these is proof on its own, which is why the status board combines several sources for each agent and why we suggest paying per order everywhere.

Verdict: A quiet agent is a warning sign. Ship, spend your balance, and move on before the site goes dark.

The common thread is that none of them gave customers time to ship what was in storage. That's the case for shipping within weeks rather than near the end of a free-storage period, and for treating any agent's wallet as somewhere money passes through rather than stays. A WeGoBuy sheet is still useful as a list of items; the agent behind it is a lesson rather than an option.

Verdict: None of these three endings came with warning. Ship promptly and pay per order.

Can I still get a refund from WeGoBuy?

We don't know of any working route. WeGoBuy left no site, no notice and no published contact address behind. Card and PayPal disputes have time limits, and for a payment made in 2024 those windows closed long ago. The practical lesson is for your next agent: ship promptly and pay per order.

Are WeGoBuy QC photos still online?

WeGoBuy's own photo links disappeared along with the site, which stopped loading in early 2025. Photos that buyers re-uploaded to QC finders may still exist, though.
