Cheap PandaBuy Spreadsheet: Budget Finds Under $25, and the Shipping Maths Behind Them
Checked · the PandaBuy Alternatives desk
Short answer
This budget PandaBuy spreadsheet holds every checked find under $25: 173 listings, median $19.44, cheapest $3.10. Cheap rows were the backbone of old PandaBuy hauls, used to fill the space around a pair of trainers. They still work that way through any open agent, with one catch: international shipping is charged by weight, so a light $9 tee stays cheap, while a heavy $20 hoodie can cost as much again to ship. Pick light items and ship them together.

What can you get under $25?
The checked catalog sorted into four price bands, with the item types most common in each:
| Band | Listings | Most common types |
|---|---|---|
| Under $10 | 8 | Accessories, Pants & Shorts |
| $10–15 | 18 | Tees & Shirts, Accessories |
| $15–20 | 67 | Tees & Shirts, Accessories |
| $20–25 | 80 | Tees & Shirts, Accessories |
Computed from the cleaned catalog at build time; USD as listed by the catalog.
The cheapest band is mostly small accessories and basic tees; hoodies and trousers start to appear around $15–20. Those heavier items are where a budget sheet can mislead, because the shipping cost that follows them grows with weight while the price tag stays small.
Verdict: Under $15, pick by weight as much as by price. Above $15, check what a piece weighs before adding it.
When does a cheap find stop being cheap?
Old PandaBuy budget sheets rarely showed the second half of the price. Here's how it works with any agent now. International lines charge by the kilogram, usually with a first-weight charge and a rate for each extra 0.5 kg; on bulky items they charge by volume instead. That means:
- A tee (about 0.2 kg) adds very little to a parcel that's going anyway.
- A hoodie or pair of jeans (0.6–0.9 kg) can add a full weight step on its own.
- Trainers in their box count by volume, which is why the box is usually removed.
So the cheap items that stay cheap are the light ones, and they're cheapest of all when they ride along with a bigger order. Shipping a box of only budget items rarely makes sense unless it's well over two kilos. The shipping estimator works out the weight bands, and the haul template adds shipping per item to your sheet.
Verdict: A budget find is cheap only if it's light or rides in someone else's box. Plan the whole parcel, not each row.
Keeping a budget haul on budget
A few habits keep a budget haul budget:
- Batch orders so the agent's per-order charges, if any, are spread across several items.
- Mind payment fees. PandaBuy charged 3.7% + $0.30 on PayPal; most agents still charge around 3% on PayPal or cards. On a $40 payment that's over a dollar.
- Skip extra services on cheap items: paid photos, reinforced packing and insurance can cost more than the item.
- Watch the duty threshold. In the EU every category in a parcel adds €3 since July 2026, which hits a box of many small different things hardest.
- Keep the free storage window in mind while you collect cheap items; shipping in time avoids storage fees.
For the duty side, the import duty calculator shows the per-category effect, and the city pages explain what's charged at the door in each country.
Verdict: Fewer categories, fewer separate payments, one shipment: that's what keeps a cheap haul cheap.
Budget PandaBuy sheet: questions
Where can I find a cheap PandaBuy spreadsheet?
Right here. This budget sheet holds 173 checked finds under $25, with a median of $19.44 and the cheapest at $3.10, sorted into four price bands. Old PandaBuy budget sheets pointed at the same kind of Weidian shops, and every listing here can be bought through an open agent. Start with the light items in the lowest bands.
Are cheap finds worth shipping on their own?
Rarely. International lines charge by weight, with a first-weight fee and then a rate per extra 0.5 kg, so a box of only cheap items carries a heavy shipping cost per piece. A budget-only parcel only begins to make sense well beyond two kilos. Add cheap rows to a bigger haul so they ride along almost free.
What's the cheapest category to add to a haul?
Light pieces: tees, socks and small accessories. A tee weighs roughly 0.2 kg, so it adds very little to a parcel that's going anyway, and nearly all you pay is the item price. Hoodies and jeans, at 0.6 to 0.9 kg, can push a parcel up a full weight step. Fill spare space with the light stuff first.
Do agents charge extra on cheap orders?
Sometimes. A few agents add small per-order or packing charges, and most charge around 3% for PayPal or card payments; PandaBuy charged 3.7% + $0.30 on PayPal. On a $40 payment that's over a dollar. Paid photos, reinforced packing and insurance can cost more than a cheap item. Batch rows into fewer orders and skip extras on low-value pieces.
Is there a PandaBuy budget spreadsheet for 2026?
PandaBuy is closed, so there's no official one anymore. This sheet does the same job: it was checked on October 4, 2026, holds 173 finds under $25, and every tile opens a listing that was live at that check. Prices are in USD as listed. Buy through an open agent using the original Weidian links.
How do EU duty rules affect budget hauls?
Since July 2026, every item category in an EU parcel under €150 owes €3 of duty. A box of ten different cheap things therefore pays more than one holding ten items across two or three types. The import duty calculator shows the effect per category. When building an EU budget haul, stick to a few item types.
Should I pay for a cheap haul in one go?
No, avoid loading a large balance. Pay for each order separately by card or PayPal, so a single dispute stays possible if something goes wrong. At the same time, don't split cheap rows into many tiny orders, since payment fees of around 3% and any per-order charges add up. Group them into two or three orders.
