VigorBuy Spreadsheet: A Young Agent, a Hidden Score, and How to Judge It After PandaBuy

Checked · the PandaBuy Alternatives desk

Short answer

VigorBuy is an open agent for Taobao, 1688 and Weidian, with an Android app on Google Play and reviews still arriving. Two cautions stand out. Trustpilot has hidden its score, saying the rating is unavailable because of a guideline breach and that it removed a number of reviews it considered not genuine; 235 remain, 75% five-star and 21% one-star. And Gridinsoft records the domain as created on August 3, 2025, with owner details withheld. CNBuyPilot reports a 2–4% service fee and five QC photos for trainers.

16 finds for a careful VigorBuy trial

Trainers, bags and a few basics, enough to test QC and fees on a small order. Each tile opens repbuysheet.com. We cap the grid at 16 finds so it loads quickly; behind it sit 10,000+ products.

Sponsored links. Photo, name and button all open one listing on repbuysheet.com, where the seller's full photo set, the size options and the source shop link live. Dollar and yuan prices are copied from that catalog on the check date and move with the exchange rate.

What a hidden Trustpilot score means

A hidden Trustpilot score is different from a low one. It means Trustpilot found something wrong with how reviews were collected, removed the ones it judged not genuine, and withdrew the rating so it can't be used to compare. Several agents on our list have the same flag (Oopbuy, USFans, HipoBuy and LitBuy among them).

What remains for VigorBuy is still informative: of 235 reviews, 21% are one-star, a noticeably higher share than at agents like MyCNBox. The most recent reviews are positive about trainer and bag quality and shipping speed. In short, plenty of orders go well, and the review record can't be taken at face value.

Verdict: A hidden score isn't proof of a bad agent. It is proof you can't rely on the stars, so rely on a small order instead.

VigorBuy from CNBuyPilot, Gridinsoft and Trustpilot (Oct 4, 2026); PandaBuy from Wikipedia and Extrabux.

VigorBuy also markets itself in comparison with DHgate, which ships to you directly with platform buyer protection. An agent adds QC photos and one combined parcel to that equation, in exchange for trusting a much younger company with your money in the meantime.

Verdict: A small fee and decent trainer QC, from a business barely a year old.

Testing VigorBuy safely

For a young agent with a flagged review record, a careful first order looks like this:

  1. Convert two or three rows from your old PandaBuy sheet with the link converter.
  2. Pay for exactly those items by card or PayPal, so a dispute remains possible.
  3. Check that the fee charged falls in the reported 2–4% range, and screenshot the cart.
  4. Compare the QC photos with the listing, and the freight quote with your own estimate from the shipping calculator.
  5. Only scale up after the parcel has arrived as photographed.

Verdict: Let one delivered parcel, not the reviews, decide whether VigorBuy gets a second order.

After the test: moving a PandaBuy sheet

If VigorBuy passes the test, moving more of a PandaBuy sheet across works as at any agent: convert, paste, keep the clean column. If it doesn't, nothing is lost but a few items' worth of time, which is the point of testing small.

For trainers in particular, compare with KakoBuy (seven photos per item) and LoveGoBuy (free video), both with longer records.

Verdict: Worth a small trial for trainers and bags; not yet a place to keep a balance.

VigorBuy's 'DHgate alternative' claim, tested

VigorBuy markets itself as a 'DHgate alternative', which is an interesting claim for a former PandaBuy user to test, because DHgate and an agent work in opposite ways:

The agent model does add something real: one consolidated parcel and photos before shipping. What it asks in return is that you trust a much younger company with your payment while items are in its warehouse, and DHgate's platform dispute process doesn't apply. If you're choosing between them for a trainer order, the deciding question is whether the photos matter more to you than the platform protection. For most PandaBuy-style hauls they do, but with VigorBuy specifically, keep the order small until its record matures. The DHgate page covers that side.

Verdict: The 'DHgate alternative' label is fair on features, not yet on track record.

VigorBuy questions

Why is VigorBuy's Trustpilot score hidden?

Trustpilot says it found a breach of its guidelines in how VigorBuy's reviews were collected, so it removed the ones it judged not genuine and made the rating unavailable. 235 reviews are still visible, 21% of them one-star. Oopbuy, USFans, HipoBuy and LitBuy carry the same flag. Read the remaining reviews for detail, but don't use the stars to compare agents.

Is VigorBuy legit?

It's an open agent that delivers real orders, with an Android app and recent reviews praising trainer and bag quality. It's also young: Gridinsoft dates the domain to August 3, 2025, with owner details withheld, and its review record has been flagged. That mix argues for caution. Place one small order by card or PayPal and let the result decide.

What fee does VigorBuy charge?

CNBuyPilot reports a service fee of 2 to 4% on most items; VigorBuy doesn't publish a table we could find. PandaBuy, for comparison, had a 0% service fee. On a first order, check that the cart's fee lands inside that reported range and take a screenshot of every line. If it comes in higher, ask support why before paying.

Does VigorBuy have an app?

Yes, VigorBuy has an Android app on Google Play, and it also runs a website for Taobao, 1688 and Weidian orders. Its listing sits on Google Play, where you can check the update history. An app is convenient, but it says little about how reliable an agent is, especially one whose domain dates only from August 2025. Judge VigorBuy on a delivered parcel instead.

How many QC photos does VigorBuy give for shoes?

Five QC photos per pair, according to CNBuyPilot. That's one more than the 4 per item PandaBuy sent. Use them to compare shape, stitching and the size label against the seller's listing. If something looks off, raise it before the parcel ships, because returns get much harder once it leaves the warehouse.

Can I use PandaBuy links on VigorBuy?

Yes, after converting them. Old PandaBuy links point to a closed site, so put them through the link converter to get the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing, then paste that into VigorBuy. Start with two or three rows rather than the whole sheet. If the first parcel arrives as photographed, move more of the sheet across.

Is a hidden Trustpilot score a sign of a scam?

Not on its own. It shows that Trustpilot found a problem with how reviews were gathered, not that orders fail. Several agents on our list carry the same flag. For VigorBuy, the remaining reviews still include a high share of one-star ratings alongside recent positive ones. Use the flag as a reason to test small, not a verdict.

How old is VigorBuy?

Very young. Gridinsoft records vigorbuy.com as created on August 3, 2025, so it has a little over a year of history, all of it after PandaBuy had already closed. PandaBuy, by contrast, had been running since 2019. A short record means there's no evidence yet of how VigorBuy handles a crisis. Keep your exposure low until it builds one.

Should I keep a balance at VigorBuy?

No, at least not yet. With a domain from August 2025, owner details withheld and a flagged review record, money left in a VigorBuy wallet would be hard to recover if something went wrong. Pay for each order separately by card or PayPal, which keeps a dispute possible. Only consider anything more after several parcels arrive as photographed.

Can I order shoes through VigorBuy?

Yes, trainers are among what VigorBuy's recent reviewers praise. VigorBuy sends five QC photos per pair, according to CNBuyPilot. Note that CNBuyPilot also says VigorBuy doesn't offer sea freight, so heavy shoe hauls go by air. For a first order, try one or two pairs and compare with KakoBuy's seven photos per item.
